Quartz Mountain Resort is a pet friendly hotel. To keep all our guests happy, including the ones who aren’t traveling with four-legged or feathered friends, we have developed these pet friendly guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all our visitors.
Guests arriving with pet(s) must sign this form at check-in. Pets 25 lbs. and under are welcome.
In order for housekeeping to service your room daily, your pet must be secured or your room will not be serviced. If you do not require any housekeeping service please post a Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of your door.
A non refundable fee of $25.00 for each pet is required at check in. This fee may be in the form of cash, credit, or debit card. Please be aware that Quartz Mountain Resort will charge the responsible guest the full cost of any damages that may result from the pet(s) stay in the room.
Please note: If a noise complaint occurs Quartz Mountain Resort reserves the right to move the guest to a different room to remedy the situation.
Quartz Mountain Pet Policy Guidelines
- Pets weighing 25 pounds or less are welcome.
- Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
- A Pet Policy letter will be presented at the time of check-in and a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for each pet will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Pet may be left unattended in your guest room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a kennel or a pet carrier while you are away.
- Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel such as the Grand Ballroom, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Badger Library, any group meeting room, or near any food service areas. (Service animals are exempt from these restrictions.)
- Guests must be in control of their pets at all times when outside the guest room.
- Guests are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the hotel.
- Housekeeping Service- The pet must be secured in the guest room prior to housekeeping service or other arrangements must be made with the hotel management.
